WEIGHT LOSS!

just wanted to let you guys know starting this sunday, January 1st, 2012, i will be DRASTICALLY changing my lifestyle. currently i work in an office, sit on my ass ALL DAY eating snacks and drinking soft drinks, and for meals i usually eat fast food or other garbage produced by local restaurants.

on January 1st this will all change, no, it’s not so much a resolution as being able to remember January 1st clearly in my mind as when i started. i am starting at the gym, where i will be doing lots and lots of cardio and some light weight lifting. i will also being using the steam room and sauna to help with my constant sickness and allergy issues. the steam room should also help my achey joints due to cold weather. i’m going to bring my breakfast and lunch to work every day (or almost every day) consisting of fruits, granola bars, salads, and vegetables. i already have a gigantic bottle of men’s daily vitamins, and vitamin C which i will introduce into my daily regimen.

MY GOAL is to lose 25-30 pounds before my wedding in July. Layla is the most beautiful woman in the world and sometimes i feel like i don’t deserve her (much beyound her exterior beauty) and i want to be the best looking guy on the planet for her.

MY FUTURE GOALS are to not be plagued by heart disease and obesity. my real goal in all of this is not to look better, but to feel better. Layla and i will (hopefully) be having kids within the next few years and i want to be able to take them hiking, camping, teach them how to skate, play baseball, football, and all the other activities in the world. i know i can’t do that if i’m “fat” and more importantly out of shape.

thanks for reading this, as my friends i expect you all to stay on my ass if you see me giving up. keep your eyes peeled for an embarrasing photo of me shirtless so i can show off my progress!
